This position offers you the possibility to join one of the largest and most successful algorithms research groups worldwide: the Algorithms, Geometry and Applications (ALGA) group at TU Eindhoven. Research in ALGA spans a spectrum of exciting topics within algorithms, including computational geometry and topology, graph algorithms and parameterized complexity, and distributed and streaming algorithms, with applications to visualization, GIS, networks, and more. As a new faculty member, you may strengthen the research in one of these existing topics or you may expand ALGA’s research portfolio. The position comes with an attractive starting package that includes the possibility to hire a PhD student.
