Requirements
Applicants should have a strong documented experience in at least one of the following areas: separation and characterization of wood polymers, manufacturing and characterization of lignocellulose-derived materials, including CNF/MFC etc., development and characterization of bio-based materials, composites, and other products. Hands-on experience in the state-of-the-art analytical techniques for the characterization of the physicochemical, mechanical and other specific properties of bio-based materials and composites is required. Previous experience in the use of various bio-based materials in wastewater purification or in the energy-storage devices is desirable.
The successful candidate needs to have an excellent academic record of accomplishment, well-developed analytical skills, as well as problem solving skills. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who can contribute with his or her own ideas and can work independently. Good knowledge of English in speech and writing is necessary to publish and present research results in international conferences and journals.
